    • En route visit Pinnawala Elephant orphanage/Millennium Foundation Pinnawala elephant orphanage is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants, located in Pinnawala village, 13 km from kegalla town. Pinnawala has the largest flock of captive elephants in the world, in 2011 where the 88 elephants, including 39 males and 49 females from 3 generations.

  • Transfer to Nuwara Eliya (76km 2.30hrs)
    Via Ramboda where you could view the famous RAMBODS FALLS. And visit to a Tea Plantation & Factory. Here you can get the experience of how to is being made and can enjoy the pure cup of Ceylon Tea

Nuwara Eliya is a famous city located in Central Highlands with elevation of 1900 Meters from the Sea level. The marvelous atmosphere, surrounded by tea plantations, waterfalls and breath taking views from the high elevation attracts local tourists and as well as tourists around the globe. Due to its high elevation Nuwara Eliya has subtropical highland climate, with a mean annual temperature of 16C. The recorded low temperature is -2.6 in January and December.

Tour Day 04

  • Visit to Horton plains National park (29km 1.10hrs)
    • Srilanka’s highest plateau 7200ft above from the sea level in the central mountain. This plain consists of mountain to grasslands, from marshes to trout streams. Srilanka’s best flavored high grown in the surrounding areas. Spectacular view from the “world end” where the plateau plunges a thousand feet in a straight sheer drop. Cool and bracing climate and very good hiking country. (3hrs)

Tour Day 05

  • After Breakfast Proceed to Nanu Oya Railway station
    • Taking the train to Ella. This is the most famous stretch of train travel in Sri Lanka, and is nearly a tourist attraction in itself. The Train pass by mist forests, tea plantations, waterfalls, bridges, tunnel etc. it will be wonderful experience to have in Srilanka
    • The vehicle will drop you at Nanu Oya Station and pick you up at Ella railway station

Tour Day 07

  • Proceed to Adams Peak (128km 4.28)
    • Peak wilderness including Adams Peak is a Tropical Rain forest.  Huge forest area has been cutoff during the British period to plant tea. It radiates River Kalu, River Kelani and many waterfalls.
    • The Adams Peak 2243meter height. According to the chronicle Mahawamsa the Buddha has visited Sree pada after visiting kelaniya. The foot print is 1.8 meter long. And the pilgrimage season starts in December to May. Generally visitors start to climb around 1 am in the darkness, so can get the chance of sighting the sunrise from the summit. During the off season it’s very hard to climb due to heavy rain, thick mist & strong wind. And also the area is surrounded by gem bearings.
